REFUND POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at vexlighthouse@gmail,com  with details of the product and the defect.
Just Send a Video via email of the product and we shall examine it  and notify you via e-mail, within 2 Days , whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Please be aware that the timeline for refunds may vary depending on your banking institution and the payment method we use .
Generally, the refund process commences within 7 business day
